(We call our seller clients every Thursday, we call our buyer clients every Thursday, and we call of our clients under contract on Monday!) 2. We will respond to all our client's inquiries and concerns. (We have seven phone lines coming into our office and every phone is on a rotating hunt. We have three full time administrators in the office to respond to your inquiries) 3. We will protect our client's interests and place your interests above our own! 4. We will quality control all other parties to the transaction. We have detailed checklists and high technology software systems to double check each step in each process! 5. We will assure the accuracy of all paperwork. (Two separate analysts in our office review each closing statement prior to closing. Your contract is double checked by the staff and by our closing department) 6. We will continually seek feedback and assure our client's satisfaction. We seek feedback through Home Feedback.com and follow up by phone and e-mail with each showing! 7. We will respond to and resolve all problems and issues, quickly. 8. FOR OUR SELLERS 1. We will professionally assess our seller's needs, wants, and plans. 2. We will provide comprehensive market information and will recommend the best pricing strategy. 3. We will implement our complete marketing plan. 4. We will advise our sellers how to stage their property for showings to prospective purchasers. 5. We will consistently provide feedback, updated market information, and consult with our sellers on their best options, throughout the home sales process. 6. We will evaluate all offers, negotiate them to final agreement, and will always protect our seller's interests. 7. We will coordinate the entire closing process. 8. We will review documents and advise our sellers about closing. 9. We will advise our sellers about the move-out process. 10. We will provide post-closing information, consulting, and related services, and will be available to assist with any future real estate needs.
FOR OUR BUYERS 1. We will professionally assess our buyer's needs, wants, and plans. 2. We will provide all local information and consult with our buyers as to their best options. 3. We will assist our buyers in obtaining mortgage pre-qualification, pre-approval, and funding. 4. We will coordinate a smooth and efficient home search process. 5. We will provide pricing research and consult with our buyers on the terms of all offers. 6. We will personally present our buyer's offer, negotiate it to final agreement, and consistently protect their interests. 7. We will coordinate the entire closing process. 8. We will review final documents and will advise our buyer about the closing process. 9. We will coordinate the occupancy of the home. 10. We will provide post-closing information, consulting, and related services, and will be available to assist with any future real estate needs.
