Bob Guest	Team Leader Bob Guest is not just a real estate agent. He is a former naval officer who still believes in the "honor code" and the "golden rule". Ian Craig	Business Manager for Mark Townsend  Ian Craig holds a degree in Psychology from The University of Texas.  He joined The Mark Townsend Team as the Business Coordinator in 2006.  Ian manages the loan process from application to closing and keeps clients updated through weekly status call.
Sherry Goldston	Professional Home Stager / Home Preparation Educated at the University of Houston in design and interior decorating, has years of experience in decorating and home organization specializing in home offices, kitchens and closets.  Seven years staging in the Austin and surrounding areas has given Sherry experience from million dollar houses to starter homes.  Working with what the homeowners have, she has a unique ability to maximize a great look and create show ready homes. Eddie, born and raised in Austin, considers himself to be a true "Austinite," since he has been a part of its music and photography industry his entire adult life. He completed his Bachelor of Music degree in Sound Recording Technology from Southwest Texas State University now Texas State University. Eddie enjoys quality family time with his wife, Amanda, sons, Christian and Jaxson, and dog, Bailey. Wally Tingley	Closing Attorney Arriving in Austin in 1963, Wally has never left . He is a graduate of the UT Business School (Marketing) & UT Law School. His entrepreneurial style surfaced while attending UT and has fueled him to organize, capitalize, market and operate more than 30 different businesses including real estate development, travel, trucking, etc.  He bought his first duplex in 1968 and has been investing in Austin ever since.  As a casualty of the mid-80´s bust, his bankruptcy forced a 1989 introduction to real estate closings as a business opportunity. The closing business became the perfect stage for his combination of real estate and business "street experience" as well as his caring interaction with buyers, sellers and agents. More than 10,000 closing transactions later, buyers, sellers, real estate agents, and mortgage companies refer to him as "Austin´s Favorite Closing Attorney". Wally´s passion and enthusiasm for people, business, real estate and sports is unparalleled. Terri Martin	Escrow Officer / Closing Manager for Wally Tingley  Terri has lived in Austin since 1994.  During this time she has retained a Real Estate License and is an Escrow Officer and Manager for Wally Tingley & Associates. Her emphasis on customer service has been a major factor in her continued growth and success along with her wide-range of experiences in the assorted Real Estate fields. In her spare time Terri likes to travel and visit family.
