To make the most money possible, you must not only prepare your house, but also position it at the exact time on the market where you can receive the biggest price for it. Traditionally, that will be in the spring. Everyone knows that, but you have to have a better understanding of exactly when to do it and you have to watch the market carefully to strike when demand is highest. If you wait too long, it will be over.
As you can see in the chart in the video above, the market has been very predictable for the past five years in Austin. If you know how to predict this market and position yourself correctly, you’ll make a lot more money.
