Anastasia - “I planned on moving to Colorado, and while visiting there looking at houses, I realized I could not afford a nice house there. I had already sold my house in Texas, and from my Colorado hotel room I entered find a Texas Realtor in the browser and a representative from a company contacted me with Donna Garel’s name. Donna was available to show houses to me any day and any time, she knew I was in a time crunch to find a place. It seemed like I was her only client, and she was available to me whenever I needed her. I would definitely recommend Donna Garel to anyone I meet that is looking for real estate.”
Patty -“A friend of mine had gone to Bob Guest to sell her home and had great success and so when I got ready to sell I just called him. And it was fabulous, he got almost twice the price that I thought I could even get for the house. It was fabulous. He doesn't know how to do anything but go above and beyond. I needed a septic, he got me names of different companies I could use. I needed a handyman, he sent me a variety of names I could use. He just always took that extra step. If you were upset, he took the time to calm you down because house selling is stressful. And he never got ruffled, and if you were ruffled he would bring you back down off the ledge. He was fabulous, I'm not kidding. I wish he could be everywhere, he's that good. I've never seen a Realtor go above and beyond like he does. He's just a very fabulous man, his whole team is fabulous. I mean, Donna! I can't brag enough on Bob Guest, I really and truly can't. He's conscientious, he knows the market, he prices your house right, he tells you what needs to be done and if you choose not to then the price is reflected by it but he's never ugly about it. He always makes you feel like you're top priority. And that's a big deal. He's just a fabulous person, not to mention a fabulous Realtor. Usually you don't get both in one individual, you get one or the other. But he is just, I don't know, I feel like I've known him all my life and I would recommend him to any and everybody”
Eileen -“I was very satisfied with them, they kept me informed and the process went very smooth. I was sick through the whole time, I had colon cancer and I was going through chemo treatment while the sale was going through but they did keep me informed. And they sent me a lovely knife after the sale and I was surprised to get that gift.”
Judy - “Very, very professional, answered every questions that we had. He followed through on everything and he did something that no Realtor has ever done before. And that was send us a closing statement after the end of the year so I could put it with my tax stuff that I had to give to my accountant. Never had anybody do that for us. He helped us get, secure the place. He was just the best.“
Susie - “The results, were that I found, the very first home that I looked at was MY house. I knew it the minute I walked in. Donna Garel, who works as an associate of Bob’s, I told her what I wanted, she listened and she found me the perfect home right off the bat. And I’m in love with it. Everything that they did was above and beyond, it was almost like they stopped being a Realtor and became family. Even after the sale Bob called me and he told me about all the things in the area. Donna worked for me when it came to the home inspection and we had to have a structural engineer out here to check some things out. She was with me the whole time and she just stuck by me and since I am a first time home buyer she walked me through the process very, very carefully and explained everything to me that I needed to know. She answered all my questions, which, believe me there were a lot. She made it seamless. Their whole office. Donna Guest, handling the closing papers and everything. They just all made it very, very seamless, took away the anxiety and stress from buying a home. I would recommend them to anybody.”
“Much quicker than anticipated, I mean it was phenomenal. He was honest, he could have just got our house for what we were asking and he told us what it was worth and that we should list, and that was like, who does that? Who does that? So we did list it and every step of the way they made it so painless. It was so easy. I’ve never really had it that easy as far as selling a home. The honesty throughout. Donna Guest and his manager called us on a weekend because they got an email that an inspector was coming that Monday, just to let us know, I mean they were out of town and they made a point to call us so that we wouldn’t be surprised on Monday with somebody coming. It was like, like I said, who does that! That was nice. Everything from A to Z, just everything that they did was wonderful.”
Debra - “Very good results, [he] estimated what would happen, or gave us what he thought would happen and he delivered so we were very pleased. We ended up getting better results than we originally thought. I just think the entire experience from getting his person over there to help us get ideas for staging to giving us ideas, giving us a list of contractors to kind of help us prepare, I thought was pretty amazing.“
Lynnette - “Oh I got great results working with him, they were wonderful. Oh for crying out loud every single thing they did was above and beyond. Everything! Everything from start to finish. All the way to thanking me, everything he said was spot on and they were so accommodating and helpful, everything, I can’t think of something that didn’t go well.”
Charles - "The results I and my wife received were absolutely, were just extremely professional, and he was so well prepared. Regardless of whether you’re in real estate or whatever business you’re in today, it seems there are so many businesses that aren’t prepared and he wasn’t overly prepared but he was amazingly prepared. And he showed us everything we needed to know or educated us about what we needed to know in the market internally as far as our development goes, our development where we live. And also the market externally within the township and even broader, even beyond that. By the time he left, we had become friends, I absolutely had the utmost respect for him and his professionalism and his knowledge is as high as I’ve ever been associated with. "
Kathy - "Well I got a great deal on the house, purchasing a house. There was just a lot of little things that they did for us, helping us through the process because we were new to it. We’ll probably use them again, this was a rental property, and we plan on using them again in the future. "

Debbie - "Bob Guest Team was wonderful. My agent was just delightful, we’re good friends now and she found me a wonderful home and I’m very, very excited. Bless her heart, she was always available to me, even on weekends, even late at night. And that as far as I’m concerned is way far above and beyond. She worked so well with the other agent, you know the seller’s agent. Donna’s just wonderful, she did so much to help me and to make that transition so smooth and to make it happen. And she gave good advice."
Anthony - "Well I worked with his agent Donna mostly. I thought it was a wonderful experience, Donna worked really, really hard to find me a house in the Austin area. It took a while because the market’s pretty hot and that didn’t faze us. And Donna was really, really, I mean went above and beyond the call of duty to show me houses. You know, middle of the evening, afternoon, weekends, whatnot, so you know I was really appreciative that she was there representing me."
Mike - "So we worked with Bob on two different occasions. Once in 2011 selling our house in Round Rock, TX. And recently, just this past year selling a lot that we had in Bastrop, TX. Bob does a very good job in, both in terms of communicating what the status of the market is, very knowledgeable in terms of what is on the market, what’s selling, both in terms of prices and volume of people looking. And then even in both cases we ran into a little problem with the other party in the transaction and Bob did a great job of really working for us. Not just trying to do one of these things of oh let’s get it settled, let’s get it settled, let’s get it settled. Of really kind being our advocate and trying to make sure that things worked out for what was best for us."
Kim - "They were great. He was professional, he was courteous, he explained everything. He worked hard to get us what was fair for our particular home, he was great. The one thing above and beyond would be trying to negotiate the free leaseback that he did for us. Because our situation was so specific, that was nice that he was able to even offer to negotiate that for us. We just assumed that leasebacks would automatically be paid. But that was nice, we weren’t expecting that. That was a plus."
Lillian - "Bob was absolutely astounding. In all of the moves we’ve had over the years, Bob is definitely the best Realtor we’ve worked with. Even before he was our Realtor, whenever we had questions he would respond within a couple days with the information we needed. He’s very knowledgeable and I couldn’t have asked for better!"

At our current house, we had an issue with a water leak and Bob made sure to contact the builder and resolve the issue. He also contacted them to make sure that everything was done right, which we really appreciated."
