2012 was an interesting year for Stone Canyon. the year began super strong. Sales were up through the spring and then sales moderated as we approached the summer. The summer months also were strong, especially in turn key and updated houses. However, as the election season approached inventories dropped by as much as 50% causing home sale prices to go upward. Ironically, it turns out that the holiday season was a fantastic time to enter the Real Estate Market in Stone Canyon!
