Our Austin market is great right now! Our sales are up 35 percent and the median home price is up 8 percent from last month! This is being driven primarily by new employment opportunities.

A lot of you may have heard about the increase in interest rates over the past couple of months. What effect did that have on the market? While the increase did not affect the demand, it did affect affordability. The median sales price dropped; keep in mind it is still up from last year, though.
