Its been a solid selling season in Stone Canyons with some very strong sales.  The Bob Guest Team still continues to get significantly above the market sales on our properties.  A recent sale on West Magic Mountain got about $25,000 above market value.  Another home on Whitworth received multiple offers and sold for $15,000 above market value.  Our listing on Lofty Lane sold for approx. $10,000 above market value.
