Before I had really decided to sell my house, I had gotten on Bob Guest’s website and he had noticed and actually called me one day asking if I was thinking about selling. I said interestingly enough I am, and in a matter of a few weeks we got everything rolling. They have a nice website, they’re very clear with what they’re doing, and the even have a list of vendors who can do different things for your house if you’re interested in it. They are just there doing all the little details of the sale and they just stay on top of things.
