So far this February, the market is moving upward very quickly, which is good for both buyers and sellers.
For instance, there is more inventory on the ground for buyers to choose from. Builders are putting up more inventory than they have in the last 10 years, and the competition is keeping the builders’ prices down a little bit.
It is also easier for buyers to get money than it has been in the last 10 years. The process has been streamlined and a few regulations have been eased, making it easier for you to get a loan.
The good news for sellers is that you are in an “as is” market. The cost of getting repairs done is so high that you might not get a return on your investment. As such, many home sellers are selling as is and doing extremely well.
