The number of Sold Homes dropped dramatically. This statistic is misleading in my opinion. The truth of the current market is that inventories in Stone Canyon are extremely low. Demand, however, is quite strong. At this time of year most sellers are reluctant to put their homes on the market, but this might be a bad decision this year. As interest rates rise, buyers are eager to lock in rates, but there are literally no homes for them to buy in this area. We currently have dozens of Stone Canyon buyers in waiting who are watching for new properties.
